In the event, where you or your group can not attend, notify Lomita Tutoring Corp. within 24 hours PRIOR to your session and YOU WILL NOT BE CHARGED THE FULL AMOUNT. If NOT notified within 24 hours, you will be subjected to the FULL SESSION COST.

Lomita Tutoring Corp. takes payments in the form of cash, e-transfer and Stripe. Lomita Tutoring does not take any responsibility if card information is leaked from the third party transaction services.

Payments for sessions must be received within 24 hrs. after the session has been completed. If payment is not received within this window, Lomita Tutoring Corp. will not book further sessions until the balance is paid. Lomita Tutoring Corp. will also pause all pre-booked sessions until the balanced is cleared.

Payments must be fully received in order for annotations and recordings for remote sessions to be uploaded to google drive.

If Lomita Tutoring Corp. cancels a session for any reason and at any time prior to the start of the session, refunds will be issued or put towards a future session (this will be agreed between Lomita Tutoring Corp. and the student).

No adjustment to fees shall be made for time lost because of late arrival by the student or early termination of the session by the student.

If Lomita Tutoring Corp. arrives late due to reason, students will either be messaged or emailed. Lost time will be compensated by either extending the time (if permitted) or client will pay a reduced rate. If the session is already paid in full and Lomita Tutoring Corp. arrives late, compensation will be provided for a future session.

Lomita Tutoring Corp. will wait up to 15 minutes from the scheduled time of session. If a client doesn't arrive by that time and has not notified Lomita Tutoring Corp. about delayed arrival. Lomita Tutoring will CANCEL the session and CHARGE FOR FULL SESSION COSTS. No adjustment to fees shall be made for time lost because of late arrival by the client or early termination of the session by the client. If Lomita Tutoring Corp. arrives late due to reason, clients will either be messaged or emailed. Lost time will be compensated by either extending the time (if permitted) or clients will pay a reduced rate. If the session is already paid in full and Lomita Tutoring Corp. arrives late, compensation will be provided for a future session.

If weather conditions are deemed unsafe, Lomita Tutoring Corp. has the right to postpone or switch to remote sessions.

Lomita Tutoring Corp. has the right to terminate a session if Lomita Tutoring Corp. feels uncomfortable at any point in time.

All remote sessions will be recorded via google meets and clients may request to have access to those recordings for review purposes at NO ADDITIONAL COST. If you wish to NOT have your session recorded, please notify Lomita Tutoring Corp. at the beginning of the session.

All rights reserved to Lomita Tutoring Corp. and clients are not permitted to forward annotations and recordings to other students.

After the semester is completed, Lomita Tutoring Corp. will stop sharing the google drive. If the client wishes to keep the recordings and annotations, there will be additional costs

Lomita Tutoring Corp. strives to help every client, but keep in mind that everyone learns differently and one session may or may not satisfy all your learning goals. Lomita Tutoring Corp. makes no warranties or promises with regards to the client performance after service has been provided.

Lomita Tutoring Corp. will keep confidential all information from the client.

Any sign of harassment, bullying or disrespectful actions to Lomita Tutoring Corp. will result in a ban in scheduling future sessions. If in case this was to happen, Lomita Tutoring Corp. has the right to reach authorities and take legal matters.
